When paying via PayPal or 2Checkout the download information for the software will be available to you immediately after your purchase. This means you will be able to use the software right away.

Most of the applications are quite small in file size. Usually around a meg or so on average so it is a quick download even over a modem. ASP applications do not take up a lot of file space.

If something does goes wrong with the automated download delivery system simply email us and let us know.
From time to time things do go wrong though 95% of the time it is a smooth process.

CJWSoft under no circumstances will be in the obligation of returning the amount paid for the Software Product. We offer tech support for installation of the base application purchased in it's native form. Tech support issues are handled in the support forums. In some cases in order to receive proper tech support your application will be need to be installed on a live server on the Internet. We simply cannot troubleshoot all issues when the application is only installed on your local machine. We also may require access to your server in order to troubleshoot any issues.
