Installation service is usually available Mon - Fri during the hours of 10 am - 5 pm EST.
We may be able to do installs at other times but we do not guarantee that. If you are concerned when we can do one please just ask. It really all depends on what is going on at the time. We always do them reasonably quickly.

We only do installations on CJWSoft applications that you purchased from CJWSoft.
We do not do installations on products from other companies.

To do an install we generally need FrontPage Explorer or FTP access to your site.
We also need a way to set permissions on any necessary directories, etc etc.
(That part is critical, either your host gives you a special interface to modify the necessary permissions or they need to set them when asked to do so. If you are not sure ask them. This is your responsibility because if permissions can not properly be set we cannot get the applications running)

To do a SQL Server install we need to access your SQL server.
Some installs may require access to other things not mentioned.

The server must be a properly set up NT/2000/2003/2008 server running IIS 4-7 as the web server//
(with support for ASP scripts and database connectivity.)

We install the software in it's base configuration. We make sure it is running correctly. We do not integrate it with your existing site or edit any of your existing web content. That is up to you. Installation fees are non refundable as is the digital source code we sell. When you purchase anything from us you agree to this.

Regarding Access and SQL Server:

Whether you have the ability to use a Microsoft SQL Server Database depends on your Web Hosting Plan.
Microsoft SQL Server is very high end database system and hosting companies usually charge extra for it. You also really should have decent knowledge of SQL server because your going to need it down the road even if we do the installation. We charge more to do a SQL Service installation because it is time consuming and a lot more work to set up. Basically if you are going to be running SQL server and you can not install it yourself the there may be a day and time when you will in a lot of trouble because you probably do not have the knowledge to properly maintain and backup and your SQL server database. Ultimately that is your business.

If your hosting plan supports Microsoft ASP and database connectivity then a Microsoft Access Database is what you will most likely be using especially if you have no idea what Access and SQL are.

When you purchase the Software Product you are acquiring source code and digital information. The Software Product sale is final. CJWSoft under no circumstances will be in the obligation of returning the amount paid for the Software Product. We offer tech support for installation of the base application purchased in it's native form. Tech support issues are handled in the support forums. In some cases in order to receive proper tech support your application will be need to be installed on a live server on the Internet. We simply cannot troubleshoot all issues when the application is only installed on your local machine. We also may require access to your server in order to troubleshoot any issues.
