PayPal Order Trouble ?

Sometimes the PayPal order process does not go as smoothly as we would like. 99% of the time everything goes fine but sometimes customer's do have trouble.

Here are usual reasons why.

The download info is automatically sent to the email address you have on file with PayPal using the IPN system. Many customers have multiple email address's and don't check the correct email. Make sure you check the correct email address.

Sometimes email sent from a web server is not accepted by other email servers or your filtering settings may have deleted the email automatically. If this is the case you may not receive an email. Simply contact us via our online form and we will promptly take care of you and send the email manually. Make sure you enter the email address correctly.

Sometimes email servers refuse email sent by our server and also email sent manually. This happens about three times a year with certain customers only and usually has to do with their email server or the Open Relay Databases which often make mistakes and can stop emails from going thru. If you have contacted us and received no reply within a reasonable amount of time simply contact us using a different email address from another email server. You can always sign up for a free hotmail account if necessary. That's actually how we will eventually try and contact you if for some reason you don't seem to be receiving our normal emails.

Bottom Line: The internet brings us many helpful ways to communicate and service our customers, but it is unfortunately not an exact science. Things do go wrong. CJWSoft prides itself on running an honest business. We are U.S. based and make every effort to make your experience with us a good one.
