  Regarding Application Questions

These applications are built with pure asp source code and they can be modified to do almost anything they don't do already. If you have good ASP skills the sky is the limit. We get a lot of people asking all sorts of questions about features they didn't see. If an application doesn't say it does something or you don't see that feature in the demo then it probably doesn't have that feature. We really do try to list all important features relevant to the applications so chances are we didn't miss anything.

Also, these ASP scripts only work on NT Based Servers. (NT,XP,2000,2003). They do not work under Chillisoft ASP which is a 3rd party non Microsoft ASP Version.

Regarding Tech Support

 We offer 30 days of tech support for installation of the base application purchased in it's native form. Tech support issues are handled in the support forums. In some cases in order to receive proper tech support your application will be need to be installed on a live server on the Internet. We simply cannot troubleshoot all issues when the application is only installed on your local machine. We also may require access to your server in order to troubleshoot any issues. Please be as detailed as possible when describing problems you are having. We do are best to troubleshoot problems that come up, but sometimes we need the details to be of any real help.
